Break out the watercolors, the acrylics, and your artistic talents!  It's time to get busy in time for the first annual Kid's Art Project Poster Contest and win $500 for your school!

For years, Kid's Art Project has been working with schools to create beautiful posters using kid's art.  Well, now it's time to show the rest of the world what talented artists we have around us and even go one step further to spotlight some of their best efforts. 

Here are some of the highlights of the contest:

• The 2007 Kid's Art Project Poster Contest is open to all classrooms who create a Kid's Art Project poster this calendar year, 2007.
• Contest starts on November 1st, 2007, and ends on May 1st, 2008.  Posters can be submitted up to the May 1st, 2008, deadline.
• Cash rewards will be given for first place ($500); second place ($250); and third place ($100).
• Contest is open to all grades including pre-school to 6th grade.
• Posters will be judged by a committee of art teachers
• Posters submitted will be displayed online on www.kidsartprojectauctions.com for the run of the contest.
